01 · WHY

Jobs with the problem in front of you, not calls in the dark.

Everything you need to say yes or no, before you pick up the phone.

  • The problem, with photos

    What happened, where, the condition, the photos, the area and the times someone is in. You answer with the times that fit you and, if you like, a price.

  • Up to three, not everyone

    Each request goes to up to three technicians who declare the trade and the area. Less noise, more real jobs.

  • Facts, not stars

    The owner sees you by your trades and areas and by what can be counted: jobs through the app, how many with an invoice. No ratings and no reviews.

  • Your work, in the record

    The work report with its invoice becomes an entry in the building's record, in your name, at Trade tier. A history that stays, for the next owner.

  • Price and payment, between you

    The app handles no payments. The price in your reply is shown as you typed it; you agree and get paid directly by the owner.

  • Address and phones, once chosen

    Until then you see the building's name and area. Once the owner chooses you, the visit is fixed at one of the times you ticked and a message thread opens.

    We review them

    We read every application and get in touch by email or phone if anything more is needed.

    Download the app

    We send you the link. You sign in with your email, pick “I work on buildings” and fill in your business profile: trades, areas, phone.

  4. 04

    We tell you when it goes live

    When the app is released, you hear it first. Owners' requests arrive in your Jobs.

Your details reach us by email at info@mentalbound.com, are used only to review your application and to contact you about e-akinito, are not passed to anyone else, and are deleted if you ask by email at the same address. 04 · TECHNICIANS' QUESTIONS

Before you send.

Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying and being reviewed cost nothing. The app's terms of use will be announced with its release.
Do you check licences and certificates?
Not inside the app: trades are shown as you declare them, and the app tells the owner so. What counts are the facts: jobs through the app, and how many with an invoice. Applications from this page are read by us, before launch.
What do I see before I am chosen?
The owner's description, the kind of problem, the space and the component, the photos, the building's name and area, and the times someone is in. Not the address, not phone numbers. Those cross only when the owner chooses you.
How do I get paid?
Directly by the owner, as today. The app handles no payments; the price you write in your reply is shown as you typed it.
Why does the invoice matter?
The work report you send after the job takes what was done, photos and the invoice. With the invoice, the entry in the owner's record earns the Trade tier, and on your profile the job counts “with an invoice”. It is the proof of your work, for the next owner.
Which areas does it cover?
Greece first: technicians declare regions and, in Attica, municipalities. The owner sets the building's area and the app proposes those who declare it, or its region.
When will I get the first request?
When the app goes live and an owner in your area needs your trade. We will tell you about the release by email; until then, your profile in the app is ready.
